Of course all good things must come to an end so here is our little caravan in the parking lot of the local burger joint.  About 10 minutes aver this photo was taken, we had to make a mad dash out to our dubs to close the windows and shut the safari's. :-)
The bus in front is Erin Lassley's 1967 Deluxe (Beatrice, NE), followed by Dan Kinsey's 1958 Binz Crewcab (Independence, MO), and last but not least, Rob and Justin Laffoon's 1974 Standard Beetle Sedan (Omaha, NE).  Notice the safari's are open on Dan's Binz (heh heh - when are they NOT?) :-)

The next day after the show, I went and visted my good friend Melisa Aragon with whom I used to work with at Mead Lumber.  It was good to see her again and meet her husband Rob for the first time.  Rob kindly took this pictures of us standing in front of the old bus right after we got done taking a ride in it.  Shortly after this shot was taken, Melisa had to go for a chiropractic treatment to straighten out her back.  Her chiropracter said it appeared she suffered a spinal overload on her left side.  (Just kidding!)

After working all week at Dan's on his Binz, it was time to head for home.  Here my bus is ready to head home, fully loaded down with all kinds of goodies including my highly coveted and treasured full length roof rack!!!  It needs a little work but thanks to Dan, I was able to earn it by working on his Binz.  Thanks Dan!!!
